We offer an intro package of 3 Private sessions to get familiar with Pilates Reformer and want to work on an injury or specific fitness goal. Our instructors will tailor the sessions specifically for you.
Our 'Intro Pilates' class is the perfect starting point if you're new to Pilates. This class will introduce you to the basics and challenging Pilates exercises. Don't feel intimidated; start creating the daily flexibility and strength your body needs. You'll be amazed by the results and the discovery of Pilates.
A multilevel group reformer Pilates class that offers a versatile and fun Pilates repertoire to dive into … and build strength and flexibility, and always leave the Pilates Studio refresh -vigorous- to start or finish the day.
A reformer workout targets strength, flexibility, and core. Previous experience is encouraged and allows us to follow more advanced exercise techniques that require balance and strength. The apparatus reformer helps you push your flexibility, and have a vigorous workout.
This is a flow reformer class. You will leave with a good sweat and feeling empowered. Men and women are welcome. This training will make you feel the burn. This class is not recommended for pregnant women.

These Pilates classes have a slower structure and more detailed and focused attention if you are recovering from an injury and need some easy and specific exercises. They are very helpful for recovering after an intense strength training session or if you need a mind-body recovery workout.
Pilates for Men is based on Joseph Pilates's traditional approach. This class focuses on building upper body strength, increasing leg flexibility, and deep core exercises and alignment. While everyone is welcome, we will primarily focus on strength training.
