The founder of The Good Pilates Studio, embarked on her Pilates journey 15 years ago. Her academic background in Contemporary Dance from the University of Miguel Hernandez in Spain lead the foundation for her love of movement. During her university studies, she became immerse in various techniques from Osteopathy, Thai Massage, Yoga, and Ki-Aikido, with a focus on anatomy and kinesiology. She holds a Massage Therapy Certificate from Quiros School and is deeply passionate about teaching movement and understanding the body. Her extensive knowledge of anatomy and biology, acquired through years of study, ensures that you are in expert hands at our studio.
She believes that a healthy, flexible and powerful body is essential for our daily lives. while teaching a variety of styles from challenging fitness classes to precise cues to understand the connection with our body wisdom.
Mariola Rodriguez
Adia Edmondson (she/her) is a Jamaican American East Coast native that grew up between New York City and Connecticut. Outside of Pilates, she has experience in dance, theater, modeling, arts administration, and education/community service. Adia has a BA in Dance & Theater from Manhattanville University and a MS in Arts Administration and Museum Leadership from Drexel University. She participated in a 450-hour training program at Drexel Pilates Studio, a program that utilizes the classical Pilates repertoire through a contemporary lens. Adia hopes to continue to grow as a knowledgeable Pilates instructor that can cultivate a safe, inclusive class environment where all bodies can thrive.
Adia Edmondson
Olivia is a highly accomplished movement specialist with roots in professional dance, hailing from Chicago. Her extensive dance career naturally evolved into a passion for Pilates, a practice she has mastered and taught for over 14 years. Certified across all Pilates apparatus—including Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, and Chair—Olivia blends her artistic background with precise movement mechanics to craft transformative Pilates sessions.
Her teaching style is a harmonious mix of challenge and care, offering a therapeutic and dynamic experience that empowers students to move with strength and serenity. Known for her innovative and intuitive approach, Olivia inspires confidence and balance in every client, leaving them both invigorated and at peace.
Olivia Mintz
Hanna-Leena is a multidisciplinary practitioner who leads circles and sessions aimed at reconnecting people with their true essence, passion, and joy. Using tools such as sound, meditation, breathwork, movement, ceremonial cacao, and other plant allies, she guides people toward self-discovery and healing. Her work as a Thai Bodyworker, Reiki, and Focalizing practitioner, as well as her lifelong career in dance, helps her facilitate profound shifts in people's well-being. Hanna-Leena aspires to guide individuals towards a more harmonious and peaceful state of being and to empower others to unlock their full potential and embrace lives filled with freedom and joy.
