Cancellation Policy

We have implemented the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all clients and efficient studio management.

  • Cancellation Policy, 24-Hour Notice for Private Sessions: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a class or appointment. This can be done through our online booking system or by contacting the studio directly.

  • No-Show Fee for Group Classes: A $20.00 no-show fee will be charged for any no-show made less than 6 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellation will forfeit the package or membership credit.

  • Exceptions: In case of an emergency, please contact the studio as soon as possible to discuss possible exceptions to the cancellation policy.

  • Studio Closure: In the event of studio closure due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and options for rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
